Connecting PrintautoPilot with Zapier

In this guide we will explain how you can connect PrintAutoPilot with Zapier for automated work flows.

For the setup, please refer to our Getting Started guide.

Step 1:

Create a new Print Queue and retrieve the API token.

Navigate to the Print Queues page, and press "Add New Queue"


Enter the queue name (for example Zapier), and select the right printer and page size.



Press "Create" and save the API token you will retrieve. Save this token, as you will not see it again if you leave the screen. You can however refresh this token in the settings page.

Step 2:

Select the PrintAutoPilot App in Zapier.

Step 3:

Select the "Add PDF Document to Queue" event.

Step 4:

Choose an account.


Click on "Choose", and than "Connect a new account".


You should be redirected to a screen where you have to enter the Queue API token you retrieved in step 1.




Now press "Yes, Continue to Print AutoPilot".

Step 5:

Now you can either test this step, or publish it and start using in into your Zapier processes.
